These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and DriftNote ("the app", "we"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 17 years old.
DriftNote has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. By using the app you agree that you will not post, send, or share content that is sexual, harassing, hateful, violent, illegal, fraudulent (including scams or solicitation), or that infringes others' rights. You agree there is no tolerance for abusive users.
We may, at our sole discretion and without notice: remove any content, suspend or terminate any account, and report unlawful activity to authorities.
Every note, reply, message, and user can be reported in-app, and any user can be blocked. We review reports and aim to act on objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing the content and ejecting the user who provided it.
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit it solely to operate the app. You are solely responsible for your content and interactions with other users.
DriftNote connects you with strangers. Never share sensitive personal information, never send money, and meet others only with caution. We do not conduct identity or background checks on users.
You may delete your account at any time in-app. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user content, user conduct, or any indirect or consequential damages.
